Exercise regularly to maintain optimal blood sugar levels. Exercise helps reduce weight and lowers blood sugar. It improves insulin sensitivity, the immune system, and circulation. Find an exercise that you like and try to do at least four sessions a week.

Caution: Please let your doctor know that you're taking ALA, and monitor blood sugar levels carefully, since it can lower your need for insulin or other diabetic medications.
